Heal Me I'm Heartsick
Chapter 4
Freddy looked up to the sky. Scrunching his eyes he kept starting at it.
'Why the hell is the sky pink with yellow poka-dots?' Shaking his head he looked at the grass, which turned out to be bright red. Looking behind himself he saw four big elephants with wings fly towards him. One had the same markings as a zebra, one had yellow and green strips, one covered in feathers of all colours and the other was a pink elephant in pyjama's, bunny slippers and a nightcap. At this point Freddy was getting very scared, as you would be, so he started to run away. But as he put his foot down everything around him turned black Getting worried he started to run round in circles like a headless chicken to see if that helped. In actual fact it didn't, as he got very dizzy and fell over. Getting up he saw a beam of light, just like a stage single beam light. It was showing him a round wooden table with a chair. Shrugging his shoulders he went over to this mysterious chair and sat on it. Just as he sat down, music started to play. A guitar was playing. Then the bass kicked in shortly followed by a drum roll. At this stage a beam of light appeared in front of him and showed Zack in silver hot pants, cowboy boots and a cowboy hat holding a microphone. Using his thumb, he flicked up the hat to show Freddy his face and smiled at him. Freddy's eyes were wide open, and his mouth hanging open. Zack started to wiggle his hips to music and put the microphone to his mouth and started to sing, to Freddy.
Boy ( As he sang this he pointed to Freddy)
I want to take you to a gay bar (He turned his pointing finger to beckoning Freddy to come)
I want to take you to a gay bar ( He brought his finger to him mouth and made it look like a gun)
I want to take you to a gay bar gay bar gay bar ( He put his hands on his flat and toned stomach and wiggled)
At this point, Freddy was starting to get very turned on. But Zack hadn't finished yet.
Lets start a war (Slapped his thigh)
Start a nuclear war ( Fireworks went off behind him)
At the gay bar gay bar gay bar ( He rubbed his nipples)
Freddy was getting hornier and hornier as this little "act" was being carried out.
WOOOOOOOW (Zack grabbed his crouch like Eminem and threw his head back as he yelled WOW.)
At the gay bar
Now tell me do ya ( Again Zack pointed to Freddy but started to walk over to him with a wiggle in his step)
Do ya have any money (He lent on the table by his elbows and looked into Freddy's eyes and flushed face)
I want to spend all your money (Threw himself on the table so he is sitting on it and his body is turned to face Freddy)
At the gay bar gay bar gay bar (He starts to wiggle his bum at Freddy who is loving this)
I've got something to put in you (Zack turned to face Freddy and started to kneel)
I've got something to put in you( Then he started to thrust his pelvis at Freddy as he sang this)
I've got something to put in you (Freddy moaned as he watched Zack dance)
"WE HAVE AN ERECTION! HE'S STILL WITH US!!!" The doctor cried as he ran over to a machine wired up to Freddy to check his heart beat. The nurse ran round the doctor, taking notes of the machines and blushing at Freddy's "movement".
"How's the pulse doctor?" The nurse asked as she checked the drip was inserted into the right place and functioning well.
"It's getting stronger. We have to pump his stomach or he's not going to make." The doctor replied and wiped his shiny forehead, which had beads of sweat on it. Looking at the wires connected to Freddy he went over to the nurse.
"We need him in that theatre as soon as possible. I need to get the staff together so is it ok if you can wire him up and get him ready?" The nurse finished off her chart and put the clipboard down.
"Yes doctor." Smiling their acknowledgment, the doctor ran out of the cubicle leaving the nurse to take a closer look at their young patient. She sighed. Everyday younger and younger drug abusers were coming into this ward and some even dying. Looking at Freddy she smiled. He seemed like a fighter and if he has a girl on his mind then maybe he will fight to get better quicker. Sighing again, she collected all of the wires and tubes and prepared him to leave as the other nurses came in to carry him to the theatre.
Pain. No, more then pain. Freddy silently screamed as he came too from the sleeping pills. The pain was horrible. He felt as if a knife was being stabbed continuously into his head, stomach and throat.He tried to open his eyes but the sudden light made him hurt even more. As he closed his eyes again white light flashed across his eyes making him suffer more blinding pain. Closing his eyes he put a hand to his head.
'Oh my aching head.'
'Serves you right really.'
'How the hell does this serve me right? And who the hell are you?'
'I'm.................THE VOICE OF REASON!!'
'Don't shout! My head, throat and stomach are killing me.'
'Anything else you care to moan about?'
'You.'
'Haha so NOT funny. Anyway where are you?'
'In hell.'
'So close and yet so far. WRONG. Your in hospital.'
'How the hell did I end up in hospital?'
'A little problem you have that got out of hand.'
'Problem? What problem?'
'Drugs.'
'That's not a problem. I can control that and quit when ever I choose.'
'Really. So then why are you in hospital with an overdose? Doesn't sound like your in control to me.'
'So what I took a bit more then I should. Easy mistake. I will do it properly the next time.'
'There can't be a next time.'
'Your telling me to stop? It's my own body I can destroy it as I please.'
"You need to quit."
'Aren't you supposed to talk INSIDE my head.'
'That wasn't me'
"Please make it through Freddy. Please." Freddy laid there, eyes still closed wondered who was speaking to him. Then he felt something wet land on his cheek. Was it raining? Hang on, he was in a hospital and he was pretty sure it didn't rain inside. Slowly he started to open one eye. Looking in the haze his one eyed gaze fell on a blurry blob sitting beside him on his bed. As the light started to affect less of his eye he was able to just make out whom it was. Shocked, he had to open his other achy eye just to make sure he wasn't dreaming. Turning his head slowly as he had two things rudely shoved up there, he saw Zack crying into his folded arms on Freddy's bed. Zack was kneeling on the ground. Licking his lips, he decided to try talking even though his voice was thick and scratchy.
"Z-Z-Zack." He stuttered then coughed.
Before Zack Got To The Hospital
"Please Summer. I don't ask you for much. Just do this for me. Please?" Zack asked in his most whiney voice and big puppy dog eyes. Summer sighed and put her book down.
"Alright alright. But only because you wouldn't shut up." Smiling slightly Summer put her book back into her bag and pulled out her cell phone.
"Hello. This is Summer – "
"............"
"Yes this is important."
"..............."
"I believe my father is your boss."
"............"
"Can you put Zack Moonyham on the relatives list?"
"..........."
"Thank you for your kind cooperation. Good day." Summer flipped her phone down sighing and looked at Zack. She nodded her head at Zack who leapt up with a big grin on his face.
"Thank you so much Summer! I owe you!" Zack cried, ran up, kissed her on the cheek and ran out the door with his bag. Sighing again, Summer touched where he had kissed her and realized that maybe Zack truly did love Freddy. But these thoughts soon stopped when Katie came storming over.
Back at hospital
Zack raised his tear stained head to look at the boy he loved. Freddy saw the tears and broke down himself. As he cried he soon felt warm, strong arms wrap themselves around his waist. As he looked up he saw Zack put his head on Freddy's shoulder with tears running down his face. Freddy wished this could of gone on forever but soon Zack broke the silence.
"Why Freddy? Why drugs?"
"I....I....I don't know." Freddy said feebly and closed his eyes in pain for the reasons he knew he had. Zack sighed, took a deep shuddering breath.
"Did you take them because you loved someone?" Freddy's eyes widened and he looked at Zack in shock. Though he looked more like a zombie then shocked with all the wires inside him. Should he lie or not? Was he in any fit state to? Oh screw it.
"I.....yes."
OOOOO Looks like Zack is getting somewhere with Freddy! MUWHAHAHAHAHA! Im off to write the next chappie! THANKS FOR READING!!!!!!
