Step One: Seduce her.

Not as easy as Shannon thought and Shannon was used to things being easy, people, being easy for her. But now that Kate has proven to be a challenge, Shannon is enjoying the game all that much more.

Shannon finally had an epiphany of sorts and smirked to herself because she knew that everyone here, with the exception of Boone, would be shocked to realize she even knows what an epiphany is. No matter though, people are just that much easier to manipulate when they underestimate you.

Charlie is off with Hurley trying to spear her another fish because for all the little boy hurt he showed when he found out she was just using him, he can't stay away. Sap.

Kate though, Kate is a little tougher to read. Shannon watches her as she talks with Sayid and raises an eyebrow when she notices Jack watching the pair as well. Oh what tangled webs this island weaves. It's only a matter of time before all the kumbaya and reading of passports before an open fuselage fire turns into something much darker and much more fun. It's only a matter of time before the rifts start and everyone splinters off into tribes.

Shannon wants to be on the winning tribe. She has a feeling that tribe will be Kate's tribe and thanks to her epiphany, it will be her tribe too. So she sits on the other side of Sayid and catches Kate's eyes and smiles.

Kate stammers just a little.

Step One: Seduce her is underway.
