Disclaimer: I do not own Danny Phantom, if I did this would be an episode not
a fan fic.
I know everything but that.

Jack Fenton was born a genius, foolish, but a genius. He married a genius, he hoped to have genius kids. Yes Jack Fenton was a smart man, he knew everything, well everything about ghost. Well everything about ghost except one tiny little thing. The only thing that mattered, the one question that his wife asked him, that he asked himself everyday.
Jack rubbed his tired eye slowly coming out of his day dream and glanced up at the clock on the wall. "Its 3 am already, Matty come one we'd better quit for the night." Jack mumbled as he began to rise and stretch. "Matty?" Jack called a bit louder when his wife didn't answer. It was after this Jack noticed the light from a television screen behind him, he turned to see his beloved wife with her head on the lab table in front of her fast asleep. Jack smiled and went over to turn off the television. Matty had fallen asleep watching a security tape. It was several months old and was actually just a repeated loop. Jack stood frozen in time as once again he saw his son Danny walk into the ghost zone, and emerge as the hafa. "Danny..." Matty whispered in her sleep. Jack looked over at the table his wife had fallen asleep at to see the almost finished Fenton Ghost Net. Jack rubbed his gloved hand across the device gently. Jack and Matty had been working round the clock since Danny's transformation. They both knew there was no "cure" for being a hafa but they could make him strong. It killed Jack a little each day to pretend he didn't know, to act clueless, and to still show off all the inventions to Danny and his friends. Jack made sure they all knew how to use each and every Fenton device built. He would protect them. "Jack," Matty said coming around, "do you think he'll ever tell us?" So much hope and sadness was in her voice. Jack lowed his and softly whispered, "I know everything, but that."
Yes I know its short and sappy and lame. SORRY! This story was written in like less that three minutes and it was just some idea that came to me after three days of no sleep. But you know you've thought that maybe Danny's parents know what's going on. Or maybe that's just me. Anyway thanks for reading. Promise the next one will be better.
