Summary: Phoebe is out on a vanquish on her own when in the cemetery she spots Cole. Phoebe advances and comes face to face with Belthazor. She must investigate why Cole is back and what he wants. Is the Source rising from the dead?
Chapter One
I don't see why I had to go demon hunting thought Phoebe and the cemetery for gods' sakes what a cliché
To Phoebe tonight's demon hunting was just a waist of time because for one she had seen no demons and two why go alone?
Well piper does have Wyatt and Paige does have to work late. But whatever.
Phoebe had searched every square inch of the cemetery and had found or vanquished nothing.
That's it I'm giving up she thought I'm going home.
Phoebe turned around and started to walk towards the rusty old gates when she saw him.
Cole Turner. Phoebes Past Beau.
Phoebe was sure it was he because she could feel his essence or demon within him.
Phoebe had loved Cole but now she despised him. This despise is what caused her to vanquish him in the first place. But it wasn't her it was another realm Phoebe but technically it was her.
Phoebe gave chase after Cole as he ran into a crypt.
She quickly caught up with him and found herself standing face to face with him.
"Cole I thought we vanquished you?" Phoebe said feeling a mix of emotions.
He opened his mouth and morphed into Belthazor.
Phoebe realized that he would only have morphed into his inner demon if he came here to fight. Phoebe quickly got into a fighting stance.
Phoebe did a roundhouse kick into Belthazor's face. His face went down but he simply chuckled.
"Phoebe why hurt me?" asked Belthazor.
"Because you're a demon and my ex-husband this is how divorced couples react to each other," replied Phoebe smacking Belthazor in the face. This time he didn't react.
Instead he punched back right in the face sending her flying.
"Leo!" called Phoebe as blue light started to shimmer. "Don't fully shimmer here just get Paige and Piper here!"
The blue light started to shimmer away so Phoebe knew he got what she just said.
Belthazor had already started to advance; Phoebe could see the menace in his eyes he was going to do some serious damage.
Just then her sisters orbed in.
"Cole? What's he doing back?" said Paige.
"No time to explain" replied Phoebe "lets just kick his ass"
It was now the Power of Three against Belthazor and boy where the sisters ready for him.
