Title: Nothing Is Impossible
Author: R. Tom Mato
Rating: PG
Summary: A shortened version of a story I'm writing. Same storyline as 'No Tomorrow', 'As I Reach the Break of Day', and 'I Feel So Alive'. This is set in the Cat's childhood, and the Rat is the one before the boy in 'No Tomorrow', obviously.
Notes: I was just writing and it came out at 101 words. It was easy to take one out. Why can't all drabbles be this easy? Or longer stories for this matter? strangles the main story
Notes2: The fourth in my series.
The rat will always win against the cat.
It couldn't be true. Always? Impossible.
I wanted to know.
They were too young to fight, so I started simple.
Games, cards, anything.
The rat always won.
As soon as they were seven I made them take fighting lessons.
Equally trained.
The rat always won.
I made the rat fight with both hands tied behind his back.
He still won.
I tied his hands and feet together.
The cat was winning...
There was an earthquake. A piece of ceiling fell and hit the cat's head. He was unconsious.
The rat was untouched.
