In a clearing in a forest, far away in the Lost Woods, lives a group of Arachnids calling themselves Gohma. There is always a queen, so they got the biggest female to pronounce herself as Queen Gohma, and rule the Gohma's in a caring and protective way. The population of the Gohma's were running out fast and the Lost Woods did not have enough natural resources to keep them alive. There were only a few Gohma parents, and about seven Gohma children. They needed to get out fast. But they couldn't. They had sent off two big Gohma's to find the exit but what happened to them was a complete mystery. There were no dangers in the Lost Woods, except for a few Deku Scrubs and a Skull Kid accidentely approaching. But they needed to get food, water and shelter. Then it started raining. Real hard. A few of the baby Gohma's died, exposed to the full blast of rain, thunder and lightning.
"When will we get out of here?" Queen Gohma said desperately.
As if on cue, a dark cloud erupted by the Gohmas. A steel-clad man with a dark aura and evil smile, hovered above them. He raised his hands and the rain stopped, as did the thunder and lightning. The sun shone brightly on the Gohmas, and they could not stand it.
"I am King Ganondorf, of the Gerudo. I will help your family if you do a small task for me!" Ganondorf said, casting a magic spell over the Gohmas.
The sunlight could not interfere with the shield so the Gohmas were in the dark and safe.
"I need you to infect the Deku Tree and raid it's valuble internal nutrients!" Ganondorf said.
"What will we get in return?" asked Queen Gohma.
"Everlasting resources that are vital to your race!"
"I accept your challenge!"
Ganondorf laughed horribly and cast a evil ball of darkness at Queen Gohma. Queen Gohma was trapped in it and she was speeding off to the Deku Tree.
"Since that old queen thing isn't here anymore...what she doesn't know won't hurt her!"
Ganondorf blasted the race of Gohmas, leaving a small child.
"We still have two Gohmas wandering the Lost Woods! Even if you do kill me, our race will still live on by three people!" said the small arachnid.
"Oh really?" Ganondorf said, making two dead adult Gohmas appear and fall to the ground.
The little arachnid gasped in fear as he was blasted to pieces. Ganondorf teleported to the Deku Tree, attempting to retrieve the Spiritual Stone of the Forest off the Deku Tree.
