THE RED --- Chevelle --- Inuyasha's Songfic

"Stupid weaklings" Inuyasha grumbled to himself as he sat on the same limb of the same tree as he often did when they were at Kaede's.
They say freak when you're singled out.
He hated those stupid villagers, always making fun of him
The red. It filters through
Even though he was the only thing separating them from Naraku's wrath
So lay down, the threat is real
He looked down at his claws, which were still had the crimson hues of human blood trapped underneath
When his sight goes red again
He had turned into his full demon form that afternoon for the first time
Seeing red again
And he had liked it...

...liked the smell of the scarlet blood...
This change, he won't contain
...he had liked the taste of it, too, even though he wasn't sure why or how it had made it into his mouth.
Slip away to clear your mind
Now the rest of the group was side-stepping him, as though he was a time bomb about to detonate...
When asked who made it show
...just like they always did when he was in his "loner" mood.
The truth, he gives in to most
He'd never seen what he looked like as a full-fledged demon.

He shivered, the thought kinda creeped him out. He wasn't really as strong as he let on. Kagome was right, he was a softie inside.
Seeing red again
He jumped down from the tree and headed to camp, thinking about him and Kikyo, Kagome's obligation to the Feudal Era, Sango's brother Kohaku, and Miroku's wind tunnel.

Well, there you have it, the first installment of "Fukai Mori" my songfic collection. It's not much, and I figured I'd start with Inuyasha, since the show is named after him. I'm gonna warn you of approaching fluffiness when it comes to Sango and Miroku. I'm going to try and make one of these for each of the main characters. If anyone has any song ideas for any of the other characters (besides Sango and Miroku, there's are done, I just have to upload them) please put them in a review. TTFN, ta ta for now!
