Author's Notes: Okay, I was struck with this poem while I was working on one of my other fanfics. You know, it's true. Every person has their choices; it's just that the shinobi from Naruto have even more choices than the rest of us...

Twilight
Every person
Who walks the path of the ninja
Have a destiny
That they must fulfill
A destiny
Different from all others
Be it Good
Light
Or Evil
Darkness
But there are also those
Who walk the line between
Good and Evil
Those who border
Light and Darkness
These shinobi dwell
In their world of twilight
For twilight
Harbors the strongest of souls
The ones who share this fate
Can never be broken
Not even
If the greatest of horrors is committed
But does this mean
That they are also the enemy?
That they must be
Destroyed for what they are?
Remember...
Between happiness and despair
Lies hope
So between Light and Darkness
Must lie Twilight
