The Fate of Walker Boh
The ruined body of the Druid once called Walker Boh lay against the swirling waters deep within Castledown. His dark, cloudy eyes moved up to meet the shade of Allanon. They stared at each other in the mist of fate. Walker, searching for some amount of reassurance, that his sacrifice wasn't for nothing. That all he had endured was for the greater good of humanity. That all the pain, all the suffering all the torment; was worth it. He saw acceptance in the former Druid's eyes. It gave him such peace, such comfort he forgot all his pain. It all began to release. His chains were braking and he was becoming free.
As he cradled in the arms of Allanon, he could finally lay back his head; and be at peace for the first time.
