Today started out good in the Library. Won came and got my sales book again and told me that he forgot to return the other one. Today's Barley's Birthday. I haven't given him a gift yet. Jack walked in and gave me a rose. I don't like Jack. He says bad stuff about Gray. I think Gray is nice to girls like me.
Gray came in again. He's starting to like reading.
Karen invited me to the shop and talk about her boyfriend.
Unlike me, I don't have a boyfriend yet. My mom says I'm to little. I think I'm old enough.
I gave Barley a preasent now. I gave him 500G. He was happy. May was happy too. We had a party. Barley turned 87 years old. I talked to the girls during the party and then the boys came and started flirting with us. All the girls got mad. The only person that wasn't at the party was Gray.
Well, we partied until it was night time. until tomorrow.

I had Church today and today's the Horse Race! Jack is gonna enter and other people are gonna enter too. Jack lost the first and third round but won the second. Yay Jack! Gray seemed sad today because he thought I didn't like him, but I told him that I liked him as a friends when I really like him as a boy friend! As everyone knows, I'm a shy person. My dad,Basil, is going out of town for 6 seasons. He's gonna skip my birthday again. May came to my house and asked me to play with her, but then I realized that it was 6:00pm. I forgot to go to the shop. Mom was ok with that. I just forgot. "People forget stuff a lot on a long day," said Mom. Well, I just didn't know if it was true or not. I mean, Karen never forgot the day I spilled flour and eggs on her. She was mad at me for 10 days. Well, it's night time. Night night.

Gray and Jack had a fight today at the Ranch Farm. Jack hit Gray in the eye and Gray hit Jack in the mouth. I was scared. Gray said something about me to Jack. Jack went inside and didn't come out till sometime. Gray came to the Library and said Hi to me and then went to find a book. He didn't seem so happy like he did every day. He sounded mad and sad put together. His eye was purple and he had it closed. Poor guy. When he left he left 10 books opened on the table. He always left them closed and back on the shelf. Something was really wrong with him. I cared. He looked mad and never smiled at me like he did. I'm gonna visit him tomorrow. I hope he isn't that mad still. I hope he's happier than today. Shut eye time is now. So bye.
