Night has fallen upon the oceanside city of Newport Beach. With night comes darkness and shadows, the easiest way to hide things. Newport citizens are all about hiding things – otherwise, word will be spread around town faster than Julie Cooper can say "I do."

When things are kept secretive in Newport, you know that it must be one of two things: really illegal or really naughty.

Tonight, the most controversial event is happening in the shady recluse of a beachside cove. It's not an illegal Newport secrecy; it's a naughty one. And this one's really naughty.
