Hermione let out a frustrated groan as her hair sprung back into its normal chaos. She looked back at her "Witches Guide For Perfect Hair" book and pointed her wand at her hair and repeated, for what felt like the thousandth time, Mimblus Straighten. Purple sparks flew out of Hermione's wand and laid her hair flat.
"Finally!" she whispered out loud.
Hermione had been trying to straighten her hair all morning.
"Yes!" she cried in her head" Now he will finally notice me!"
She got her brush out and combed it back into the perfect ponytail, but when she put the rubber band in it snapped and her hair was back to its normal bushiness. "Oh shoot!" she thought as she opened up her book again to the straightening section. "Of course!" she thought as she read, "This is a temporary spell to give the user a glace at what their hair would look like. To full straighten your hair you can buy "Polly's Perfect Straighter Guide" to permanently straighten your hair." Hermione let out another frustrated groan, the second one this morning. She needed to look perfect for the man she loved. She needed to loosen up before she saw him. She couldn't have him looking at her with frown lines.
A brilliant thought hit her as she stood up to go to breakfast. She crept to the dormitory door and peeked out. "Good," she thought, "Neville can sleep through a hurricane." Hermione walked across the room and turned on the radio that her muggle cousin had given her over the summer; she had spent all summer with her 19 year old cousin, who taught her a thing or two about seducing a guy. She had even taken dirty dancing classes with her. Dip It Low by Christian Millian was on so Hermione did what the song said. She dipped it low, did the Harlem shake, and the butterfly. As the song ended she turned off the radio feeling confident and sexy. She put on her makeup, just like her cousin said to, took out the chi, that her cousin gave her, and braided her hair.
The she made some "alterations" to her uniform, by cutting her robe into a mini dress, wearing a skirt even shorter than her robe, and finally putting on a tube top shirt. Which flaunted her new "body parts" that appeared over the summer.
Hermione walked down stairs, walking just like he cousin told her to, and got a stare from many Gryffindor boys who had come in from breakfast. She sent them a flirt smile and walked on. As she made her way down to the Great Hall she had many a stares from boys from all houses. From the first years to her own seventh years. As she entered the Great Hall everyone stared, even the teachers. Who were no doubt in wonder to what happened to their smart innocent little Hermione. But she paid no attention to the teachers, she was to busy looking at the boy she loved who was looking at her in shock.
