AN: Well, this idea came to me a moment ago, real short and quick with a really simple plotline.

Ethan's was nearly out by the time he could get there, although the proprietor had discounted what little he had left. Searching through the remnants found him little, but when there was a only a moment left before the store closed, he found the full thing he wanted. A skeleton body suit, long flowing, hooded robes, and a nice big scythe.

Ethan had a sinking feeling in his stomach as he saw the boy leave, it was a feeling quickly dismissed, as he thought of the fun he would have through the night.

Xander smiled slightly as he pulled the costume on, mainly just the gloves and mask from the one as well as the robes, the massive scythe that had it been real instead of plastic would have weighed more than a man could carry.

He stepped out into the night, glad that for once, his luck had kept him from being forced to watch the kiddies as they went hunting candy, he'd had a lot to do, mainly he'd been forced into helping the shop teacher do some repairs that had been caused by a few of the less living part of Sunnydale.

He'd gotten a few bucks for his effort and an invite to a party, where he was heading now.

He felt weak in the knees as energy flashed through him, changing him into what he had dressed as while forcing him to his knees.

His flesh drew in, distorting into bones as his cowl swirled around him like a hurricane, the scythe ominously reflecting the light of the streetlights. The cement of the road cracked cobwebs around his feet, expanding in all directions as the insects around him suddenly fell from the sky as clouds gathered overhead.

A low, ominous laugh filled the streets as the being rose to his feet, bleached bones all that was visible beneath the robes. He glanced around with a hint of confusion surrounding him.

"Billy?" he asked with an odd tone of voice, well, odd coming from the Grim Reaper, "Mandy? Where am I?"

xXx

AN: Yep, if you guessed he dressed up as Grim from Grim & Eve L. (At least that's how I think it is, for the name of the show anyway.) and Grim belongs to Cartoon Network.
