The world keeps turning
Time keeps passing
As I watch my family waving
I wipe away all of my tears
They have been constantly there for me

I can't believe how time has passed
Last time I looked
We were small and carefree
But now my schedule is booked
I will not see them
For weeks on end
How will I survive
Without the company of a friend?
Why does time have to go so quickly

I can't believe that I didn't pay attention
To what others were feeling
But now it's too late
I didn't care how others were dealing.
