Hi folks! This is just a random poem I wrote ages ago. But I think it fits my favourite pairing Ryou/Bakura. If you know my fic "Black coffee" you can think of this poem as an alternative ending. But of course you don´t need to know the fic to get this poem. Enjoy it anyways!
I follow you
I received a wound
Too deeply to tell
The world is my grave
I'm cast under a spell
Nothing can reach my soul
Nothing moves my heart
Another debt to pay
Just write it on my card
Always alone with my thoughts
Only darkness in me
Just going through the motions
Alive! That's all I want to be
It's raining inside my soul
But it can't wash away the pain
Nobody knows how wounded I am
I just stare and think of you again
Endless winter in my heart
My very soul is frozen
Cold as ice, crystal-clear
Life deserted me, so death is what I've chosen
You are gone
Your voice still echoing in my head
The others tell me to be brave
I shut them out and follow you instead
I see the light
You are waiting for me
Softly you whisper in my ear:
"I will always love Thee!"
