I Saw Him

Chapter4: The Plot

{The Following Day}

SERENITY

I laughed when Ishizu repeated why she was my tour guide. It was so amusing that Kyle would deceive a girl who had nowhere else to go. Usually I'd call it heartless, but in this case it was to my advantage. I finally could wander far away from my group and not fear getting lost. Even better you were allowed to wander off as long as you had a proper tour guide and also signed a wavering form to make it known that you forfeit school insurance once you're not in the company of a member of staff or any of their representatives.

"Very Funny," Ishizu said sarcastically, "if I knew it was you I'd turn down the job," she added and smirked when she noticed that stopped my laughter.

"I only looked at your brother," I snapped angrily at her, "I didn't kidnap him!" I cried, "that seems to be more of your father's job," I added superiorly and couldn't help but smile when I saw the look of shock appear on her face.

"I know about your Dad and his whole belief in this crazy keeping watch over the dead Pharaoh thing," I told her, "tell me that he didn't keep your brother back by force," I said to her, "tell me that he willingly allowed you to be kicked out of your home," I said seriously.

"My father threw me out and forced Marik to stay," Ishizu confessed, "oh there's a statue of Cleopatra in front of the Hotel I'm staying," she pointed out happily, "your friend Kyle got me a room there for a price I'm embarrassed to say," she said with a laugh, "Marik would love it here," she said sadly and looked down at her feet.

"Then how about we take him there," I said suddenly and she turned to look at me in shock, "I'm suggesting we get him out," I told her, "for good," I added.

"But there're guards, traps, mazes and..." Ishizu started to say.

"I don't care," I said suddenly with a level of determination that surprised me.

"You care about him don't you?" Ishizu asked and I nodded sheepishly, "I'm in," she said, "who'll help us?"

"Kyle for sure," I said confidently, "there's bound to be other people willing to help you," I said but she shook her head.

"People here are mostly strong in this belief," Ishizu said with a sigh.

"Then we'll have to make our own way won't we?" Rajah asked from behind us suddenly causing us to jump, "I'll definitely help," she said enthusiastically as we turned to look at her.

"So will I," an unfamiliar male voice said strongly, "I always believed that thing was a load of bull anyway," he said frankly.

"Meat my twin brother Caesar," Rajah said happily, "my father was really into Roman history and literature," she explained.

"I thank you," Ishizu said gratefully.

"No, thank you," Caesar said gracefully as he came forward and kissed her hand, "don't blush, it is I who should feel embarrassed to get the honour of your presence," he told her.

"But how will be get past the guards?" Rajah asked.

"Leave that to me," Ishizu said confidently.

"Then let's sit together and plan," I suggested and the rest of them nodded in agreement.
