Burning Smiles
Summery: Spike writes a poem about Tara in season six.
She let's no darkness taint her,
Her earthy tones are shown,
And when she smiles...
Her smile illuminates the darkest alleys,
Brightens parks when dark and night,
Plague-ridden with devil's that bite,
But THEN, She'll smile,
And you forget, forget the darkness,
Forget what's out there just because she smile's,
She calls to me with those eyes that gleam,
Oh how I want to run my fingers through her hair,
Hair Like silk, that cascades on skin so soft,
But she's pure and I'm not,
I'm a thing and to touch such beauty,
Would burn,
Oh God, how I want to burn.
