"Can we just skip the fighting and let me stake you?"

"In your dreams, Slayer," the vampire hissed.

"But I'm really stressed out. I just started college, and my roommate is the most annoying creature on earth." Buffy glanced at the timepiece on her wrist. "Great, and to top it all off, my watch broke. How will I get to class on time without a working watch?"

The vamp looked puzzled. "Uh... want me to look at it?"

Buffy handed it to him, and before he could do anything, she staked him.

"Oh great... now I don't have a watch!"
