"Aaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwnnnnnn!" Harry yawned as he got out of bed, he got dressed and looked around his dormitory, and no one was there. "Hmmm," he thought, "I guess everybody had an early breakfast," then as he turned to go, he got out his schedule. "Ugghhh" he groaned. "I can't wait until next year when I finally get to quit potions." He looked up and glanced at his clock. "7:50!" he hollered. Without even taking his wand, he grabbed his cauldron and ran straight out of his dorm to the common room. Pushing the doorway of the fatlady as hard as he could, Harry scrambled down the hallway.

Harry pushed the door of Snape's classroom open. "Well, well Mr. Potter, look who's late for class?" Harry saw Hermione roll her eyes while sitting quietly reading her copy of Caring for Cauldrons. "Explain yourself." said Snape

"I over slept, sir." said Harry looking at him straight in the eye. Snape's thin mouth curled up to a smile.

"Well Harry, maybe a week's worth of detentions might make you wake up early enough to get to class. Some of the kids snickered. "Silence," Snape hissed. Now turn to page 146 in your book.

When they got out of class, Hermione said, "Harry, you have been to Hogwarts for 5 years! I would think you would know now not to be late for class." Harry, ignoring this said to Hermione,

"Where's Ron?"

"I thought he was right behind us," Hermione said while looking around for Ron. "He'll probably show up,"

After all Harry's lessons,( Including going back to his dorm for his wand) and after he had piled up his homework on Hermione to check it for him, he finally saw Ron. He was sitting by the fire in one of the best chairs. Then Harry asked, "Ron, where were you today?" "I didn't see you."

"Umm, I was just around you know," said Ron in a slightly nervous tone.

"O.k." said Harry, but he had a feeling that something was wrong.
