Been a little while, eh? Just haven't had many ideas for new poems. Well, here's one based on the episode "Spellbound". It's Raven reflecting on Malchior's deception, and it's before Beastboy comforts her, so don't expect happy thoughts.

You kept me under your spell, under you sway.
Stringing me along till you had your way.
Toying with me, messing with my head.
Fragile trust, torn to shreds.
Smirking as my tears fell down.
Laughing as my heart was ground...
Into broken shards of bitter hate.
Your lying ways have sealed the gate.
As I wipe away the bleeding stain.
Closing my heart, burying the pain.
I'll not lament on what could of been.
For I'll never open myself to be hurt again.

A broken heart and lies can really get to someone. Raven decided to close her feelings up again, not allowing them free after the deception. Yes, this was short, but it just came to me.
