I remember
When I first met you
When I first fought you
When I first held you
Those were precious memories
That will never perish
That will remain forever
That will stay together
We shared
The most complex qualities
The most dazzling of personalities
The most amazing similarities
We promised each other
No one will leave
No one will deceive
No one will grieve
But how come
You left me
Earlier than I had expected
Maybe the reason is me
I hate you, destiny
I hate humanity
I hated myself
For I had left you to the clutches of cruelty
Hang in there
I'll be coming
To see your face once more
To witness you smile forever more
