Hour of the Magi
Chapter 1: The Prophecy
The prophecy of the race known as the Magi has always been known by every single high priest in their world. The prophecy states that the Magi would rule each end of the galaxy when a great enemy appears to challenge them. There has been much controversy in the High Council on whether to take action against these evil foes. There is one Magi that seems to have a strong belief that the prophecy must be fulfilled and action must be taken. This man is called The Great Arbiter. He has been trying for 3 years now to convince the High Council that this renegade enemy will begin to bring about war and cripple the Magi's great empire. The Arbiter now awaits in his chamber to present his final case to the council that the great enemy, Earth, must be taken care of.
Chapter 2: The Great Dispute (Capital City Teranas, on the planet Ventos)
"Order, order!" yelled Yamnsa, the most superior member of the High council. "Here, we have our first case for a great battle against Earth, argued by the Arbiter. Arbiter, what is your proposition that we do?" "Listen, my fellow council members. There is a great danger at hand. Have you not eyes, my friends? You must surely see that this planet called Earth and its beings are beginning to take over our galaxy. Have you listened to the prophets and priests? The galaxy is destined for us! The humans have taken over various planets and have begun to build military bases. My taskforce has intercepted a transmission to Earth that stated that 3,000 capital ships should be stationed on a route to Largenozis 5. Largenozis 5 has been known to hold various secrets on the Omni, which is the super-weapon that can destroy a whole planet and its combatants. We believe that Earth wishes to take control of Omni and destroy our entire race! What do you have to say about that Yamnsa?" "Very well stated Arbiter. I see your many points and I agree with most of them. I will take your proposition into consideration. What do u think fellow council members?" All council members stand in ovation and seem to agree with the Arbiter. "Fine, it is done then. I will begin to order our civilization to begin strengthening our army and beginning a plan of defense and attack. We thank you Arbiter for you words of wisdom." "I thank you for agreeing" said the Arbiter.
