Aeris The Last Remaining Cetra

This is a vignette (short story type thing) that was assigned in my Lit&Comp (English) class. I wrote mine about Aeris. Hope you like it. :)

Aeris- The Last Remaining Cetra

Hair long and brown, twisting like a spiral staircase from the bright pink bow on top. Her sparkling emerald eyes are as soft as a deer's. Her face is as gentle as an evening summer breeze. Her healing magic can soothe your soul, taking away the pain from your wounds. Her face always lit up with a bright smile. The last of her kind, she tries to save the planet from mass destruction. Tries to save the planet from the older brother of her well-known friend Takouya. She has always been by Takouya's side, helping him through the tough times, and making the good times even better. Wiping away his tears when he cries, fighting away his fears when he screams, and holding his hand through the worst days of his life. She prays for Holy to save the planet. She finishes, only to feel a cold metal blade pierce through her back and exit below her chest. The blade is removed, and she slumps to the floor. Her cold, lifeless body will never again feel pain or emotion. The last remaining Cetra has fallen.
