The Accident of Life.
Which am I, bad or good?
On which side should I have stood?
Should I fulfill a once lost dream?
Or try to obtain the power supreme?
& if this power I did attain,
Would my memory start to wane?
Will I forget my dearest friends?
Will I be a monster in the end?
My past is full of sorrow & grief,
Caused by an evil beyond belief.
So now I must choose to die with the past,
Or live for the future & let the past go at last.
Am I one or am I neither?
& how do I know if my heart lies in either?
