Final fantasy

Lost souls

Rai waited on the tree bark. He wore his long black fur coat and white shirt and pants he carried his long thin sword which he named falcon. He was the guardian for the village of Idea the village was created by the sea a gift from the Gods some say the people of Idea would once a year worship the Gods of the sea at the ocean celebrations. Rai was chosen from birth to the guardian of Idea as he father before him was. The job of the guardian was to protect the village from any field monsters or creature which would cause any harm, and since the ocean celebrations were coming up Rai had to extra careful as there would be a lot of people which fiend's would love to feast on.

Rai had been waiting for the creature who had recently being poising the villagers water supply and had been eating all there food. The creature was dog like with spikes on its back it gave of a poisonous gas which kills at the moment of breathing in. Rai had been waiting in the woods outside of Idea where the beast had been seen lately after chasing a few moogles. Then suddenly after many hours waiting the beast ran just underneath the tree Rai was hiding in he could get a perfect aim of the monster he had to be careful even though he had the perfect aim he could kill the beast in one slice or could be dead from it's poison. Rai raised his sword above his head and quickly jumped at the beast he sliced the beast in half but still jumped back as it roared in pain.

'Got ya' Rai said with joy

But to Rai's misfortune the beast was not dead and started to glow a dark red it grew in to bigger beast with wings and more spikes it grew a long black tail with a spikes all over it's body it was mad and wanted revenge it charged at Rai but Rai quickly jumped over the beast and ran in to the woods.

'Great well done Rai you have just turned a deadly monster in to an even more deadly monster' Rai shouted in worry as he ran though the branches. He jumped high in to the sky over the trees as the beast following him in a powerful rage. Rai jumped from tree to tree trying to get higher away from the beast

'This is stupid I should be trying to stop the fiend' Rai said as he stopped jumping he drew his sword and waited for the beast to get to him. Rai was ready he waited for the flying beast to appear but he could not he did not hear anything. Then from underneath him came the monster chopping away at the vines and wood at the tre

'oh no' Rai said as the tree fell apart. Both the beast and Rai fell down while the tre top also fell the beast's wings were caught up in vines and was unable to fly it was Rai chance to strike at the monster and put an end to it's evil doing

'Ok falcon shock!!!!' Rai yelled as his sword glowed a bright white with one slash of his blade he smashed the tree on to the beast as it fell to the ground the tree had fell apart on to of the beast on the ground but it had also killed the beast as it pushed on it keeping it from breathing.

'Another job done' Rai laughed 'now what about these trees??' Rai said to himself as he looked around at the mess he had made from destroying the trees. Rai raised his hand

'wood' Rai cast a spell which made green light appear around his body 'undo the damage done here' Rai commanded the green light it went in to the earth and the trees flooded back and high in to the sky and flowers appeared over the flowers. As Rai walked home to Idea he green wood magic floated in the air becoming one with the world.
