Setting:: Inuyasha and Kagomiare traveling on an old dirt road with the sun barely above the horizon. There is a small stream filled with twigs, rocks, and slim fish, a small spaced out area of woods to the right of them, and cows grazing in the distance. Inuyasha is abit tense for tonight is the night of the new moon, when he looses his powers to become a full human.

Kagome: Hey Inuyasha, since this morning you've been acting as if you're in a rush, is there something wrong?
Inuyasha: What's it to you?!
Kagome: Geez, you don't have to bite my head off!
Inuyasha: grunts
Kagome: Come on! Lets get going we have to meet Shipo and Sango at the next village!
Inyasha: Why did they have to go running off anyways!?
Kagome: anger Hey you're the one who said "We'll catch up later"
Inuyasha: pfffft whatever folds arms
Kagome: Turns to him Oh come on Inuyasha! If its about the new moon, don't worry--
Inuyasha: cuts her off Why can't I become a full demon on new moons and forget the human part all together??!! ((he has a point)) Hey!? Where are you going!?
Kagome: To the village! Duh!
Inuyasha: Yea!? Well I'm not chasing after you this time, if you get in trouble and get caught again by some evil demon who wants to chop off your head I'm not helping!
Kagome: Sit boy! Inuyasha falls into the ground leaving a body print as to where he was, they walk in silence until the sun is midway in the sky
Kagome: Are you still mad!? Why must you always be so stubborn! Get over it, you caused it yourself so stop being so selfish!
Inuyasha: WHAT!? ME!!?? How did I cause it?! AND I AM NOT SELFISH! he stops and turns to Kagomi to argue, the usual cat fight... ahem... Dog fight takes place and anthor long silence between them when the sun is four hours from setting when Inuyasha ((gasp!)) breaks the silence
Inuyasha: Its getting late... and I don't see the village anywhere... nothing but this damn stream and some woods.
Kagome: Do you think we should stop for the night, I mean it'll be better when we have a fresh start tomorrow?
Inuyasha: I guess pfffft grunt
Kagome: Okay lets head into the woods, it'll be better to hide in if anyone should come along... turns and heads for the woods as Inuyasha leads after her, they find a nice little clearing with a few cluttered trees around to offer some protection, it takes til dust to set up, getting a fire going, and catch a few fish from the stream for dinner. Inuyasha guts the fish and Kagomi sticks them and frys them over the open fire:
Inuyasha: ...
Kagome: Its... almost night, hungry? she offers him a cooked fish and he takes it into his mouth and she eats hers. She turns to him after finishing hers and sees he has his long black hair and jet black eyes So uhm, did you like the fish?
Inuyasha: Yeah thanks sits and sulks
Kagome: Oh guess what!? I passed my geomatry test... well sort of... I barely passed
Inuyasha: Whatever
Kagome: sighs and gets into her sleeping bag Good night Inuyasha
Inuyasha: huh? Was it something I said? he sits next to her sleeping bag watching the fire emblems glow in the dark night, he looks over to Kagomi She's so much cuter when she has that big mouth of hers closed he blushes slightly realizing what he had said, he lays out between her and the fire and sleeps soundly. Only one can tell how he really feels about Kagomi, and thats the human inside Inuyasha, but just how dense is he? Or Kagomi? The world will never know
