I will embrace you
When no one else is strong
I will hold you
When everyone else is wrong
I will talk to you
When you begin to unwind
I will smile at you
And some strength you'll find

I will see for you
When you go blind
I will wait for you
When you get left behind
I will listen to you
When you just want to scream
I will help you realize
All of your dreams

I will laugh for you
When you want to cry
I will live for you
When you want to die
I will feel for you
When you want to go numb
I will be there for you
Whatever you want to become

We are meant
And I want you to know
Before our time is spent
Before it seems like a long time ago
I will be there for you
In the good and bad times
I will be there for you
Even when I can't sing or rhyme
I will be there for you
If you're locked I'll be your key
I will be there for you
Will you be there for me?
