The Bravery To Cry

I wish I let the tears fall the other day
I wish I didn't wait till people turned around
I wanted them to see the hurt of what they say
When these tears fall to the ground

I wanted them to know who they really are
What they do to the people they ignore
If you really look you can see all the scars
They have left on other people before

People feel but people are too scared to say
For fear of just wanting a place
So the people who hurt them are the ones they portray
Even though they feel like a disgrace

The next day people made the same looks
The tears welled up in my eyes
I never knew how much it took
For the bravery to cry
