"You're Sirius' cousin."
"Actually I'm not."
Remus looked very embarassed, his cheeks turned a dark shade of red. "I'm so sorry..." he said, beginning to back up.
"Nah, don't be scared," the girl laughed, "that's me. Narcissa Black."
"Oh," he said, feeling embarassed again and he started to talk quickly. "I was just wondering who you were because Sirius told us he had a cousin who was going to be in Slytherin..."
"I'm not into the whole Gryffindor thing," she said off handedly, "I think it's cliche, overrated. I'm much more suited for Slytheirn, so is Sirius if you ask me. It's not about what house sounds better or looks better it's about what sort of person you are. "
"There's nothing wrong with Slytherins," he said quietly, "except they're sort of manipulative."
"I can be," she shrugged.
"Well, good luck with the sorting."
"Yeah, you too. Hope you get into Gryffindor, if that's what you want."
"There's nothing wrong with Gryffindor," he said, getting defensive.
"I didn't say there was," Narcissa said feigning innocence. "I think it's a marvelous house filled with top notch people."
"Sarcasm is a weapon," he said.
"It is, isn't it?" She said with a small smile.
