7 years after the mist had cleared, in an old thought to be abandoned lab with white floors and black walls that stretched to the roof. What remains of an ancient evil is being reawakened.
"Is it ready?" asked a humanoid man in a white jacket
"Yes sir," Replied another man.
"Good," replied the humanoid man as he began to laugh. "Open the chamber! I want to see what this thing is capable of."
"Right away sir." Answered the other man. "And sir, the samples that we found in rim elm…what do you want me to do with them."
"Dispose of them quickly." Answer the humanoid
"Yes sir." Replied the assistant tossing a red, green, blue, purple, and black jewel out the window.
"Now hurry up and open the chamber I'm getting impatient!!!" screamed the humanoid.
"Right away sir," said the man. Little did he know that those would be his last words. He began to turn an old crank toward himself, and as he did a cylinder-like chamber opened to reveal a relatively small creature that stood on four jet black legs. On the bottom of its legs were black feet with three long talon-like toes. It had black wings that resembled a bats coming from its back. And a head that looked like a humans with the top split open in two.
"Of course you know that the creature must absorb life forms until it is strong enough to survive by itself," laughed the humanoid. The other man looked puzzled, but didn't have time to think because the creature jumped on top of him as its chest split open and the lab assistant was sucked inside. The creature then began to change. Its front legs became arms. His feet on his front arms became hands that looked almost the same as before but now had four talon-like fingers. A long black tail grew form above his rear that was also jet black with vertical spines going down until at the tip where formed a cone shaped spear-like tip. The split on his head sealed up and two horns that curved backward a little grew out of his head. He grew to about 5'8 and was now able to stand up straight on two legs, and the split in his chest had sealed up.
"Welcome back, Legaia," said the humanoid to the creature
"Indeed brother Aiagel," said the creature called Legaia. As they both began to laugh evilly.
