Recap Chapter 14- Jason's fate was announced, and Phoebe went on a vacation to the Bahamas with her sisters and Cole. Leo and Andy (Cole's friends) both had a chance to get with Phoebe's sisters. They all had a great time, but now they're back in the states.
A/N- I can't even remember when the last time I posted. School has been so hectic and everything. I'm taking 5 honors courses at school, and they are just piling work on me as fast as they can. Thank goodness I'm a fast type-er, or this chapter will never be up. It's sort of a filler, I guess you could call it. It's nothing much, though. I don't know...but check it out for yourselves. I promise it would be more interesting next chapter. Thanks a lot FANS!!! :D
Chapter 15: Lets get it on!
The manor was pretty rowdy because Phoebe's sisters were over there to help plan a combined bachelor and bachelorette party. Cole refused to take part in any of it, because he really didn't want another woman dancing for him or in front of him.
"Are you still planning that party?" Cole asked with a cold beer in his hands. "Yes, baby. We're going to have a party before we get married. Can you get me a beer, please?" Phoebe asked. "No," Cole answered. "You're so mean," Phoebe stated. "You drink too much for your age," Cole said. "You're like five years older," Phoebe said. "Yeah, but I'm older," Cole emphasized.
"What should the theme be, Cole?" Piper asked trying to get him involved. "I don't want anything to do with the party," Cole said. "It'll be fun," Phoebe said tugging on his arm like a child. "You can dance for me, and I'll still have as much fun if not more. I don't see why we have to have other women or men there. Aren't I enough for you?" Cole asked. "You're more than enough, Cole. But um...I just want to have fun. What's the harm in that? And besides, it's a combined bachelor and bachelorette party. We can keep an eye on each other," Phoebe winked.
Cole looked at her uncertain and then shrugged. "I don't know, Phoebe..." Cole said. "You don't want me there with a whole bunch of guys, do you?" Phoebe asked hitting a nerve. "Alright, I'll go. But that doesn't mean I'm going to enjoy myself," Cole said. "Don't worry, honey. A few drinks and you'll be fine," Phoebe joked. "I think we need a non-alcoholic party," Cole grinned. "The party doesn't start till the booze is out," Phoebe said. "Agreed," Prue said.
"So, what's the theme going to be?" Piper repeated the question. Everybody kind of went into their own minds trying to think of something. "I was thinking something along the lines of dirty dancing. Kind of like having a Hispanic/salsa type thing," Cole stated. "That's hot," Phoebe said. "How come we never thought of that?" Prue asked. "It'll be Dirty Dancing, Wedding Nights," Piper said. "That's great! I love it," Phoebe said smiling brightly at Cole.
Dirty Dancing: Wedding Nights
Destination: Club P3
Party Status: Off the hook!
P3 was closed for the weekend due to the bachelor/bachelorette party there for Phoebe and Cole. Piper was happy to close it down, and have some fun of her own. Cole hired about 7 busboys to serve drinks throughout the night.
Since the theme was dirty dancing, they had salsa music playing and of course the bachelors and bachelorettes. Cole had on a relaxed suit with a red button-down shirt to match Phoebe's dirty dancing type of dress. Cole's red shirt was unbuttoned all the way down to show off his muscular chest, which was oiled up. Phoebe couldn't keep her hands to herself when they were on the floor dancing to the salsa music.
Cole had background in Latin ballroom dancing, and Phoebe is just a great dancer all together. So, they made everything look scorching on the dance floor. It was like they have forgotten all about the women and men that were there to party with them.
"You look so sexy tonight, baby. I can't seem to take my hands off you," Cole said. "Me neither. I like this theme," Phoebe said getting ready to kiss him. "Look who's here!" Piper exclaimed. They looked over and saw Andy and Leo standing there. They were invited, but they weren't sure that they could make it.
"Hey! The party finally arrived," Cole said jokingly. "That's for sure," Andy said. "Prue's over there if you want to say hi," Phoebe said pointing to her sister's direction. "Thanks," Andy said. "You guys have fun," Phoebe said pulling Cole towards the couch where the booze was.
"I didn't think you could make it," Piper said looking up at Leo. "And miss a good party and get a chance to dance with you? No way," Leo said lifting her chin up. Piper smiled shyly. "You look amazing in that dress. Do you want to dance?" Leo asked. "Yes," Piper answered taking his hand.
2:45 a.m.
"Thank you everyone for coming to help us celebrate, but now you have to get the hell up out of here, because I'm tired and I want to go home," Cole said through the microphone. Their friends laughed at his thank you, but they started out the door. Some stumbling half-drunk, which he provided taxis to take them home safely.
Phoebe leaned on Cole for support. She was extremely tired, and ready to go to bed. "You want to go home, baby?" Cole asked. "Most definitely," Phoebe answered starting up the stairs. "Okay, but wait a minute. Piper and Leo are out there talking to each other. Let's wait until they're done," Cole insisted. "What if I fall asleep?" Phoebe whined snuggling into his arms on the couch. "I'll make sure you'll get home safely," Cole reassured her taking her into his arms.
"Thanks for a great party theme," Phoebe said drifting off. "Thanks for loving me," Cole whispered even though she didn't hear him.
Piper and Leo were standing outside talking to each other; Prue and Andy went back to the manor. "I had a great night," Leo stated looking into her eyes. "I'm glad I made your time worthwhile," Piper stated. "Always," Leo responded. "Well, it's getting late. You should get home or wherever it is you're staying at," Piper said. "The Hilton," Leo answered. "Of course," Piper said. "Why don't you come with me? I mean, since Prue and Andy are at the manor," Leo insisted. Piper thought on it.
"I don't think it's a good idea. I'm sure Phoebe doesn't mind me staying with her for the night," Piper stated. "Come on, I don't bite or have cooties," Leo chuckled. Piper smiled and asked, "How about we go to lunch tomorrow? My treat?" "That would be nice," Leo replied. "Well...Drive safely. Good night," Piper told him. "Good night," Leo said leaning down to give her a kiss on the cheek.
Though they have kissed on the lips many times before, Piper still felt shy when she was around him. Especially, when she doesn't know where this was going. Piper opened the club door, and walked downstairs calling out to Phoebe.
"Shh!" Cole said. "Oh, um...Do you mind if I stay with you guys tonight?" Piper asked quietly. "Yeah, sure. No problem," Cole answered picking Phoebe up gently. Piper grabbed their car keys, and turned off the lights in the club as they were walking out. She locked the door behind her.
Piper got into the backseat of the car, and relaxed into the seat rather comfortably. "Did Leo ask you to go back to the hotel? Sorry, I'm being nosy. You don't have to answer that," Cole said pulling away from the parking lot.
"No...um, he did. But I just didn't think it was a good idea," Piper said. "He really likes you," Cole stated. "How do you know?" Piper asked. "He is one of my close friends, Piper. Trust me, I know," Cole stated.
"How can he be interested in a girl like me?" Piper asked. "I think you're the first modest, non-snobby, conservative girl he knows," Cole replied. "What do you mean?" Piper asked. "I mean, all his life. He's been around too many rich girls who think the world revolves around them. But then, he met you and you're anything but that. I guess you're what he's always wanted," Cole said looking into the rearview mirror. "He never told me that," Piper said. "There's a lot of things he hasn't told you yet. But he will, in time. So, be patient and let things work itself out," Cole advised. "Thanks, brother-in-law," Piper said in a mocking tone.
The advice from Cole really made her think about Leo. Maybe it was because he didn't know how to act around her. She'll let nature take its course. Right now...She's just hoping Prue isn't doing it with Andy at the manor.
TBC? Yes? Well, then...Please review! :D
