Again, thank you for all the reviews. I am so glad you like this story and so happy because of the time and effort I put into it. It was a real struggle for me to decide whether or not to post it, but I am glad I did.

I forgot this before, but I don't own Lizzie McGuire

Chapter Five

Lizzie, who was taking a break from Gordo, decided to wait for Miranda and Matt outside the theatre, and once she got there, she definitely did not expect to witness what she did as she saw Miranda burst out of the theatre, followed only a few seconds by Matt. Lizzie wondered if she should say something, but decided she should hide.

Miranda only stopped at the balcony and didn't say anything to Matt as he stood behind her, "Miranda," he said, breathing heavily, "What's wrong?"

"Nothing," Miranda said, with tears coming out of her eyes, "It's just—nothing," and she turned away so she didn't face him.

Matt wasn't ready to give up then. At this point, the movie was over and people were coming out of the theatre. Matt waited for everyone to pass so he could talk to her. He smiled politely at the people. They saw what happened and they wanted to know what was going on. Nev and Blair were one of the first people out of the theatre, "What's wrong?" Nev asked, looking at Miranda and then Matt.

"Nothing," Matt answered, "Miranda just hit her elbow on the seat, that's all." He made up.

"Okay," Nev said, not sure whether she bought the answer or not, but decided it wasn't her business to pry. They left along with the rest of the crowd and soon no one was there anymore.

"Okay," Matt said, "What's going on? I thought you weren't going to kiss me?"

"I wasn't," Miranda said, "Believe me, I had no intention of kissing you."

"But…" Matt said.

"I just did," Miranda said.

"It's okay, you know. It's not like it's the end of the world, you know. It doesn't have to happen again."

"No!" Miranda said, not intending to sound eager. She now felt embarrassed, "No, I mean, that's not the problem."

"Then what's the problem?"

Miranda thought in silence for a moment, "You know, this may sound weird, but I think I liked the kiss."

Matt's eyes widened, "Really? I mean…wow."

"I know. I never thought I'd feel this way about my best friend's brother."

Matt looked at Miranda as if he was about to burst, he was so excited, "You mean there are feelings involved as well?" It felt like Christmas had come early this year. First, the woman of his dreams kisses him and enjoys it, and now….she likes him.

Miranda nodded slowly, "I am afraid their might be. I'm not sure."

"Well," Matt said, swallowing hard, "Do you want to actually try it out?"

Miranda shrugged as she smiled at the guy. He really was kind of cute in a way. And he was sensitive and sweet and everything Miranda wanted in a guy. What would it hurt if they did go out? Besides, Miranda didn't know if she was desperate or anything, but she suddenly got the feeling that she should kiss him and kiss him hard, never letting him go.

And that's exactly what she did. She looked straight into Matt's eyes, waited for him to make eye contact and leaned in, pulling him closer to her and as their bodies touched and their lips collided into one another, and Miranda admittedly felt like she was in heaven as she let the kiss take a life of its own as with each motion and each breath of air. It was like their mouths were dancing and the music was going perfectly.

Neither one of them wanted to stop the ecstacy they felt upon their lips and neither of them cared who was watching. There was no more pretending in this relationship and it was all the real thing. Emotions within the two beings were spilled with this simple kiss. Matt was thrilled as Miranda pried his mouth more open with her tongue and her tongue glided into his mouth and eventually his tongue was in hers as the rhythm continued, right at the balcony of the boat. It was like a scene in a movie, where the two people felt such a powerful emotion toward each other that it made the viewers want to find that special someone.

The kiss finally ended, followed by a series of shorter kisses as a smiling Miranda said, "I can't believe this is happening."

"Neither can I," Matt whispered back as he kissed her one last time.

"Matt, can I tell you one thing," Miranda said, still holding him tight and yearning for more kisses.

"Yes?" he whispered, never wanting to lose this moment.

"You have taken my breath away," she whispered into his ears. She like him, did not want to ever lose this feeling.

Matt smiled as they shared another kiss, deeper than the smaller ones before and with more passion than the ones before and it was broken with a small laughter coming from Miranda.

Matt pulled back, somewhat hurt, "What is it?" he asked.

"Nothing," Miranda said, "It's just…I've never felt so happy in my life."

"Me neither."

"What are we going to tell Lizzie?"

"Umm," Matt said, thinking about this for a minute, "How about we tell them that we want a small room change?" he requested.

With this, Miranda laughed, "Matt, we have all week to do this. Why don't we just take things as they come?"

"But then we'd be giving Lizzie and Gordo all the privacy they need…"

Miranda smiled, "One thing at a time, okay big boy?" Miranda said, and she gave him one last kiss before pulling away, "Let's go find Lizzie and Gordo, okay?"

Matt shrugged, "Okay."

Miranda took Matt's hand in hers and she led him away to find Lizzie and Gordo.

In the meantime, Lizzie saw what was going on, although she wasn't about to hear anything. All she saw was Matt and Miranda sharing close to a million kisses and that was enough for her to decide that it was official. She was loosing her best friend to her brother.

Lizzie decided to rush down and fetch Gordo to tell him what was going on. She wanted to beat Matt and Miranda down just so she could warn him. She went there and went to Gordo's room, "Gordo!" she said, out of breath. She closed the door and locked it shut, "we need to talk!"

Gordo stood up and smiled, "Hey, Liz. What's up?" He tried to pull Lizzie closer to him but it wasn't working.

"This is about Matt and Miranda. I just saw them outside practically making out."

Gordo rolled his eyes, "Not those two again. I thought we talked about this."

"I know! I know! And I thought I'd be okay with it, but seeing them together makes me certain that I am not okay with it."

"Well, Lizzie…" Gordo was about to say, but hearing giggling outside their cabinet interrupted him.

"See?" Lizzie whispered frantically, "They are giggling and everything!"

Gordo looked at Lizzie, not seeing to get the whole picture, "So? What's wrong with giggling? There's not a rule against it."

"Yeah, but isn't there some sort of law saying that they can't go out because of their age?"

Gordo shrugged, "Only if they have non consensual sex."

"EWWWW!" Lizzie said, "That's gross! Matt and Miranda having sex??? MY brother and MY best friend?…EWWW!"
