Chapter One (more like prologue)
In the middle of a dull, poisonous looking fog stood a medieval Japanese castle. Basically,
it looked like the typical bad guy hide-out. Kagura was walking around when a sudden sadistic laugh
rang through the place. She just shook her head gloomily. Naraku most likely had an evil, sadistic,
crazy, violent plot brewing that'll just result in failure. Yep, this happened all the time.
Naraku, meanwhile was laughing his head off (I don't think his head falling of would kill him...)
at the manga clutched in his hands. It was perfect! To kill your enemy, you needed to invent a powerful
device to change fate. But wait! Naraku frowned, how can he build a fate-alteration engine like his new
hero Dornkirk? Then he laughed evily some more. He'll think of that later.
The rest of Naraku's minions groaned. Here they go again. The good guys always win. All had
recognized the signs. Another of Naraku's plots. Being a bad guy is so thankless. As Kohaku ruefully
pointed out, they could almost sympathize with Kagura for trying to get away.
