There's Something About Ren
D.I.S.C.L.A.I.M.E.R.: Yes, in some parts Ren is a tiny bit OC, but it's still cute.
Pilika smoothed out her blue hair and added a fresh coat of lip-gloss to her already glossy lips. Today was the day she was going to get Tao Ren to realize she liked him. She had the plan perfectly worked out; there was no way it could backfire. HoroHoro walked in and stared at his sister. "What's the occasion? Why so dressed up?" He asked and Pilika narrowed her eyes. "I'm not dressed up." She muttered, though she was. Pilika was wearing a beautiful pink dress and pink high heels. Her hair hung down her back, shiny and smooth. HoroHoro rolled his eyes. "Riiiiight. Are you coming to Yoh's or what?" He asked and Pilika sighed. "Duh, lets go already!"
Ren groaned as Yoh and Anna fought. Ren grabbed the remote control of the T.V. and started flicking channels as HoroHoro and Pilika walked in. "Hey!" HoroHoro said waving to Ren. Ren nodded at him grimly and went back to the television. Pilika frowned and stepped close to Ren. "Hi Ren!" Pilika exclaimed, twirling in her dress. Ren nodded distractingly, ignoring her for the T.V.

"This has GOT to work!" Pilika said, smiling. She was dressed as a milk man- erm, I mean milk woman. Pilika adjusted her pail of milk and knocked on Ren's door eagerly. Ren answered it, looking annoyed, that is until he saw the milk. "MILK! He exclaimed and without even noticing Pilika was the milk woman. He downed all the milk without stopping for breath and slammed the door. Pilika, disgusted, left.

Pilika twirled in a dress identical to Jun's; she even was wearing her hair like Jun's. "Ren, can I ask you something?" Pilika asked, prancing over to him. "Fine, but hurry, I'm very busy." Pilika looked around. "Doing what?" She asked playfully. Silence. "Anyways, Ren I just signed up for a Chinese language course and I need help. I was wondering if you could tutor me?" Ren shrugged. Pilika grinned widely.

After setting up a quiet 'study area' Pilika heard the door ring. She squealed and ran to answer it! It was Ren. Pilika checked her watch, he was early. Pilika smiled at Ren and motioned him to sit down. Ren did and Pilika sat closely next to him. Then, HoroHoro walked in…

Pilika decided to just cut her losses and tell Ren how she felt. Pilika walked up to him and poked him hard in the back. Ren glared at her as he turned around. "What was that for dolt." Pilika glared right back. "You baka! All week I've been trying to tell you I liked you and nothing's worked! So, Y'know what REN? I LOVE YOU!" Pilika felt short of breath after her little speech and Ren stared at her. Finally he grabbed her and kissed her.

Pilika looked at Ren confused. Ren laughed. "Why didn't you just say so, you dolt? I obviously love you too!" Pilika giggled and hugged Ren close to her.
