Then Emma screamed as high as a siren and all the windows broke, even the ones in all the classrooms. Glasses, lockers everything went broken.
"Emma! Get a hold of yourself!" Screamed Angel
Emma fainted and Ray caught her.
"We have to get her home! Caroline, you and Ray will take Emma home!" Said Angel
"Sure! I can drive!" Said Caroline
Ray carried Emma out to her car and Caroline drove away. On the institute...
"Professor Xavier! Hank! Emma's powers are getting troubled!" Screamed Caroline
"Ray, take her into the med lab!" Said Professor Xavier in the high speaker
Professor Xavier was in Kai's room.
"What's happening, professor?" He asked
"Emma's powers are evolving! I have to take a look on them!" Said Professor Xavier and wheeled out of the room and wheeled to the elevator.
'If something happens to her, I will never forgive it!' He thought and stood up and went downstairs and went to the med lab.
"Hank, how is she?" Asked Professor Xavier
"She isn't here anyway! She seems to be somewhere else for the moment!" Said Hank
"Kai, I know that you are there! Come out!" Said Professor Xavier
"Professor, I want to help her!" Said Kai, as he stepped into the med lab
"What are the risks, Charles?" Asked Hank
"That Emma never will forgive us if something goes wrong!" Said Professor Xavier
"Please professor! I want to help her, because I love her!" Said Kai
"I don't have any choice, do I?" Said prof X
Kai laid his hand on Emma's forehead and started to search through her mind and let all the thoughts from other people disappear. After a while, she woke up.
"Kai? Hank? Professor Xavier? What has happened?" She asked
"You fell into a chock! Kai helped you out of it!" Said Hank
"Kai, are you feeling well?" Asked Emma, as she saw Kai all weak.
Then he fainted and Emma ran up to him and carried him to the bed.
"He used too much power! Hank, can we do something?" Asked prof X
"He is in a coma! Nothing can help him by now!" Said Hank
"And that is because of me!" Said Emma and held his hand in her gloved.
She stayed there all day. In the afternoon, everyone else came home. Remy ran into the med lab and saw Emma, who looked at Kai.
"Mon amiz, you okay?" He asked
"Yeah, I'm fine, Remy!" Said Emma
"Are ya really sure?" Asked Rogue, who came up behind them
"Yeah, I'm sure!" Said Emma
At dinner time, Logan came into the med lab with some food.
"Here you go, Emma! Some food, if you're hungry!" Said Logan
"Thanks, Logan! I'm sorry that I called you asshole!" Said Emma
"It's okay! I'm cool with it!" Said Logan and then looked sad at her. "You really like this bub, don't you?"
"Yeah, I really like him!" Said Emma and tears started to shine in her eyes and fell down her cheeks. "He did something for me and I'm gonna do something for him!"
She touched his forehead with her 'bare' hand and she started to get some more memories in her head, but they all flew away. (They were only copies of his real memories after all) After some hours, he woke up. It was midnight and Emma had fallen asleep with her head and arms on the bed.
'You helped me! Thanks!' He said telepathically and kissed her on the head and went to sleep.
The next day...
"Emma, wake up! I know I am!" Said Kai
"Are you alright now?" Asked Emma
"I'm fine!" Said Kai and hugged her tight. "Thanks for helping me!"
"And I should thank you for helping me! Thanks!" Said Emma and kissed him
"Emma, will you go to the prom with me?" He then asked
"If you want me to stand on stage so..." Said Emma, but got interrupted by Kai kissing her
"What do you say now?" Asked Kai
"Sure, I'll go!" Said Emma and Kai pushed her onto the bed and they started to kiss again
