Halloween ball part 2
"Professor, is she going to be okay?" Asked Emma nervously
"Yes, Emma! She will be fine!" Said prof X
"Oh, Sophie! – I remembered back in Japan, when we always had fun! We took some coke together or we shared money and bought candy for them! We had a great time there! Even though both our parents are dead! We have always been like sisters, resisting everything together!" Said Emma
"Emma? What happened to Sophie?" The raven haired boy asked
"Sophie couldn't stand school without you! I'm leaving you two home tonight!" Said the prof
"Wait! I know what to do!" Said Emma and looked at the watch. "But, I have to do it before the ball! Can they wait that long?"
"Yes, Sophie and Ray should be ready by then!" Said Hank
"Okay, I should get to a training session now!" Said Emma
"Emma, aren't you going back to school?" Asked prof X
"No, I'm staying here! I'm gonna watch over her, but I need to train too!" Said Emma and went to the danger room
Hours later...
"Professor, how is she?" Asked Angelicka
"She's going to be fine! She needs rest!" Said prof X
"Okay!" Said Angel
"Where is Emma?" Asked Kai
"She's in the danger room!" Said Hank
"I'll go and calm her down!" Said Kai
"Okay! See you later then!" Said Tyson
"Kenny, can you go and watch Ray for a moment?" Asked Hank
"Sure!" Said Kenny and went into the med lab and watched over Ray.
The danger room...
"Emma, are you here?" Asked Kai and went into the danger room, but saw Emma sitting on the floor and crying.
He ran up to her and sat next to her and laid his arm around her shoulder and kissed her on her head.
"Emma? Are you okay?" He asked and held her tighter
"I don't know! But, I gotta help Ray and Sophie, or else they can't go!" Sobbed Emma
"You will help them, I know that! I'm gonna help you!" He said and gave her a warm smile
"I love you!" She said and hugged him
"I love you too!" He said and kissed her again
Later...
"Okay, give me that chemical!" Said Emma and pointed at a testing tube with green liquid in it.
Kai gave her it and Emma held it against Ray's mouth and he drank it.
"Uck! What was that?!" He asked
"It was something Hank once took and it helped him! It will calm you down and turn you into yourself again!" Said Emma
"When?" He asked
"When the ball starts!" Said Emma and gave him a nervous smile
"And Sophie?" He asked, looking at Sophie who was unconscious.
"She'll be fine! Trust me!" Said Emma. "Kai, can you give me that needle!"
Kai used his telekinetic powers and gave her the needle and she put it right in Ray's chin.
"I just came up with something! It will go faster when you have a needle!" Said Emma and took it out.
"I feel much better!" Said Ray
"That problem is solved!" Said Emma and went over to Sophie. "Soph, your boyfriend is alright now!"
She opened her teal eyes slowly to see Ray's golden eyes. She hugged him tight around his neck and she was so happy.
"So, who will you two dress up as?" Asked Emma
"You'll see! I have the perfect couple!" Said Sophie
Later, before the ball...
"Wow! You two really do look like Romeo and Juliet!" Said Caroline
"And how did you get up a cat tail exactly?" Asked Emma
"Easy! I'm a firey chick and I can get a cat's tail to rise!" She said
Emma started to laugh hideously. Then Sophie and Ray came down. Emma opened her mouth, but had nothing to say.
"It's the moon princess Serenity and her prince boyfriend Endymion!" Said Caroline
"Aww, that's sweet!" Said Emma
"Shall we go, my dear lady?" Kai then asked
"Of course, good sir!" Emma answered and they went to the ball.
When the ball was over, Emma actually came home with her kicking ass costume on and she couldn't believe she had to fight on that night. Caroline burned up her clothes, Angelicka wet down her clothes, but Sophie hadn't done anything to her dress.
"So, did we have fun today, everybody?" Asked Emma
"Yes, we had!" Answered everyone
"Okay, well see ya in the morning then! I'm tired and we have to train because Logan is back!" Said Emma
"Where has he been?" Asked Tyson
"He's been around!" Said Emma and went upstairs.
"Okay... What did she mean by that?" He asked
"About something witches do every year with their 'ex' boyfriends!" Said Caroline
"Now, I'm frightened!" Said Tyson
"Don't be! We aren't harming you actually!" Said Angelicka
"Let's have some more fun before we go to bed, girls!" Said Emma from upstairs
"Sure!" Said the three of them and left their boyfriends, terrified and frightened.
