He could see pink sparkles a mile away. Crap, of all the escorts he didn't want! Really, he'd rather travel alone, but absolutely not with him. Ed fairly flew down the hall, barely slowing as he plowed into the room he shared with Al. Even as he slammed the door shut, he began throwing things into his suitcase.

"C'mon Al, we're leaving. NOW."

Ed opened the door and, momentarily blinded by sparkles like a deer by headlights, found himself helpless in a bone-crunching hug.

"Oooh! Edward Elric! I shall be glad to escort you safely home!" And so it began.
