so fast, you stumble and fall
I see you, trying so hard
I feel bad for making you cry.
But there's no way back now,
there's no returning from this point,
I don't wanna keep on falling,
you can't save me anymore.
You reach out, trying to grab me
saying my name, all those tears falling
but I've already given up hope,
that's something we both know.
You've got to move on,
smile and be free
I was just holding you down,
I won't do that anymore
I see you there, smiling so sadly
Am I guilty of that?
I wish I could tell you I'm sorry
for leaving you behind.
