Lara and Luke watched the soft sun gently fall behind the rolling hills. It was their 2nd date (this week) and every thing was going well.
Luke: I love you Lara.
Lara: I love you too. (noticing the time) Crap! I have to go home quickly, dad will kill me.
Luke :Please stay.
Lara: I have to go.
Luke drives Lara home and after a long passionate kiss they decide to meet again. Lara does what any girl does when she goes to school the next day-tells everyone.
Lara(blushing):He keeps telling me he loves me and he is lovely and wonderful and we had such a great time last night and...
Nikki(butting in):Sounds like he is using you. You do know he is a physco...
Lara: Hardly(walking off)
Lara and Luke meet up again on Tuesday night. Lara still hasnt any homework done, having spent all afternoon trying on different outfits.
Lara (walking hand in hand with Luke):Dad says I cant go out with you again this week because I'm in detention because I havent done my homework for ages.
Luke:(looking shocked):What??He cant do that..
Lara: He can and he will ban us from seeing each other forever if I dont do as he says.
Luke continues to walk with Lara but doesnt say anything.
Lara: Are you angry??
Luke: No, we will just value the time we spend together.
Lara smiles knowing that 1 week isnt too long. They say goodbye for the last time until Monday.
Luke: See you later babe.
Lara(smiling sadly):Bye.
Lara gets out of the car slowly, then Luke grabs her arm.
Luke:I will be back for you.
Lara waved back when she got to the door. She wondered what he had meant.
Friday came and she was counting down the days until she saw Luke again when a cold hand went over her mouth. She tried to scream but then she realised it was Luke.
Luke: Shh, come on, out the window.
Lara: What??
Luke: Trust me.
They escaped out the window, Lara was getting a little cold in her night dress (that Luke had bought her) She shivered anxiously, wondering where they were going.
Luke: Lara, you know when I said I loved you, I meant it.
Lara: Yeah
Luke: Will you marry me??
Lara (gasping):What?
This was all happening to fast, she needed to get out of the car, she was scared. She opened the door and fell onto the country road, head first.
Luke stopped the car to see if she was ok. Seeing her badly hurt, blood leaking from her head, he paniked, jumping into the car speeding off.
Lara lay on the road watching the red sun rise, tears dribbling down her cheeks.
