Disclaimer: Yuuya Aoki and Rando Ayamine had the GetBackers and its entire casts. Not mine, however much I wished it.

Quick Notes: originally written for Just100 community drabble challenge: Weather. Since it doubling the words count expected, and I feel shame to just cropped/deleted it, I post it here. Comments and Critics very much appreciated.

Springs never visits Mugenjou

As long as MakubeX remember, there is only a single weather exists, the cold and chill winter breeze. One kind of breeze that sent the chills in your bone and sent shivers on your spine when they're expecting an attack from Beltline.

MakubeX had once asked Kadsuki about the spring. Kadzuki laughed and telling him about tea ceremony, chokingly-fit and long sleeves kimono, koto plays and hours of sitting upright until he can't feel his legs anymore. Then Juube and Sakura strolls in and recalled the particular hanami event (the one that apparently made all the sakura trees on Fuuchouin landside goes off in only one day, and thus made the three being grounded for weeks)

MakubeX smile too, but he never felt so much distance with his friends ever since. So he excuses himself and retreated slowly into his room, tried to focus on Anti-Beltline strategy that he'd been working previously before.

Later that night, when he found a small pouch was laid under his blanket--filled with fresh pink-colored sakura leaves, he smiled.

Springs never visit Mugenjou, but as he had his friends there, it didn't really matter.

Hanami: another popular Japanese festivals, sets around April—when the Sakura trees bloom, the Japanese will had a picnic and watch them (thus the word, Hanami—Hana for Flower, and Mi for Watch/See).
