A/N- I don't own Harry Potter and the world around it, it all belongs to J.K. Rowling. I am manipulating them to my own gains for entertainment purely. I receive no money for this; only your reviews keep me going on. This story or one-shot (it's up to you) is what suddenly broke my Writer's Block. At the end if you wish for more, please tell me so.
Stones crashed ahead as a lone figure stormed up the drive. The wind rippling a long dark cloak and in this stamped of movement long dark locks flaring back in fury. The night was screaming in alarm, tension clearly in the air of the night. The creatures of the night all scurried into the ever-present shadows; eyes opened wide in alarm. All but one man knew the impact of tonight.
Finally, the lone figure ripped open a wooden door and stormed into the Leaky Cauldron directly towards the dark man drinking himself into a stupor. Tom cleared away the glasses in front of the man who was slumped across the bar and in his chair.
"Monsieur Severus Snape you lout, what audacity do you have to show such "responsibility" by drinking yourself into a stupor? By leaving everyone in your supposed protection to hell's wake in the middle of the night without informing them of your whereabouts!" Yelled a voice dripping with fury.
Severus blinked in surprise at the figure as she threw her rain sodden cloak upon a nearby barstool. Dark Brown Curls fell down around her frame as she pulled a vial from her pocket and placed it to his lips. Severus's eyes widened as the familiar flavor of a Sobering Potion reached his taste buds and he gulped it down. Clarity and a massive hangover came in stead with the final gulp, bringing a gasp from his lips. Wincing Severus leaned back and looked at the scowling woman noting the smirk in her eyes over his obvious pain as well as slight reluctance.
"Like Hell, isn't it?" She remarked "How can I trust you when you keep on doing these things? Severus, if you don't smarten up I am leaving you and (she stopped and pressed hands to her abdomen) our unborn child is coming with me."
She stormed out the door of the Leaky Cauldron as Severus blinked in her former direction and groaned out, "Oh, Hermione…damn no." Tom as well as the rest of the bar's patrons looked at him, clearly the Potion's Master of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry was in a heap of trouble and no potion could help him now.
