I couldn't tell you why she felt that way, She felt it everyday.
She stood watching them, her presence not known. Her body numb, she could not love, she could not go back. The soul still left in her was becoming weaker each day. There wasn't much time left. But she knew, she knew that he had fallen in love. Finally telling herself that her time on earth was over she smiled.
And I couldn't help her, I just watched her make the same mistakes again.
Picking up her broken bow and the few arrows she had she began walking again. Her cold eyes looking into the sky above. The wind blew around her, but she couldn't feel it. Her sense of touch gone.
What's wrong, what's wrong now? Too many, too many problems. A little flame still inside her wanting to go on just barely flickering now. She knew his heart belonged to another.
Don't know where she belongs, where she belongs. She wants to go home, but nobody's home.
She keeps walking, and soon enters a village, it all is peaceful. No one notices her, not even the children playing in the streets. Villagers give a quick look but say nothing.
It's where she lies, broken inside. With no place to go, no place to go to dry her eyes. Broken inside. She passes through the village as it becomes night, but she still tavels on. Time seems to stand still as a thought of him with his new love flashes through her mind. A tear slowly rolls down her cold cheek. It falls to the ground as time begins again.
Open your eyes and look outside, find a reasons why. You've been rejected, and now you can't find what you left behind. She sits under the tree were she ended her life, and started his all over. But then he shows up. Walking closer to her she smiles.
"Oh Inuyasha," she speaks clearly, "My time is now ending now," He looks down. "Do not miss me, for I will always be in your memory, but you must move on"
Be strong, be strong now. Too many, too many problems. Don't know where she belongs, where she belongs.
His hand touches her face, his warmth seeping into her cold body. His lips press against hers. "Good bye," He lets his hands sowly slide down her face. Her eyes close and he takes a step back. She takes what seems to be her last breath and the last remaining bit of her soul leaves, her body decaying with passing wind. The dust falling on him, and now his new love appears. Her appearance different yet the same. Her hair longer, her eyes deep, loving, and full of wisdom.
