Almost afraid to ask Cloud inquired two things first why they were all in the same place, which was followed by what's wrong? The answer he received sent him into a state of shock.
"Barret's gone he's d…ead, he was killed."
"By who?" Cloud was caught off guard he never wanted to hear his name again.
"Sepiroth he came and called you out personally."
Cloud turned and started to walk out but Tifa locked the exit she pleaded for cloud to bring her along he accepted then turned to give orders.
"Red XIII, and Yuffie go find out what you can about Sephiroth, and Cid get the Highwind.." They all nod then disperse to there individual tasks. Cloud and Tifa soon left the slums to find the man that changed all their lives…Sephiroth.
As they traveled across the planes that connect the various towns on the continent.
Cloud was a lot less talkative than last time they traveled but Tifa was content just being near him, soon they reached the Chocobo Ranch that over looked the swamp.
But this time the snakes could leave the swamp and had swarmed the area there were in for one hell of a fight.
