"There! You look absolutely amazing!" exclaimed Ginny Weasley as she is finish putting the pink lip gloss on her friend Hermione Granger.

Hermione Granger signed as she looks at her reflection. Ginny did a magnificent job on her. Ginny turned her hair from bushy to straight, soft, shiny hair. She also added a light touch of make up on her. Just lip gloss and light blush on.

"And last for good luck." whispered Ginny as she puts a necklace around Hermione's neck.

"What is it?" ask Hermione breathlessly. It was beautiful. It's a three layer diamond silver tiny stars. It looks really expensive.

Ginny smiled "It's a Polaris necklace. It's based on a star called North Star. They say that it never leaves its place even morning and all the stars didn't show up at night. Some people uses the North Star while their camping. It helps you to know which direction you're supposed to go."

Hermione smile "It looks really expensive. I can't wear it. You should wear it today."

Ginny shook her head no. "No, it's yours. Harry left it on my possession before he leave. He left it with a note. Saying if he doesn't return on your graduation day. I should give it to you. He really wanted to give it to you personally but he can't. He knows you will come with him no matter what. Putting you in danger is the last thing on his mind. He really loves you."

Hermione felt like crying after what she said. But she didn't, she nodded to Ginny.

"I'll go down in a few minutes." said Hermione.

Ginny understood perfectly as she leaves Hermione alone in her solitude.

It's been 3 months since they left her. Yes, they. Harry Potter and Ron Weasley left her on Hogwarts while they left to join the Order. Oh how much she hated them. Leaving her like that! She was miserable after they leave. She can't concentrate on her studies. Worrying every night about what could happen to them. But after a few weeks Ron returned. Apparently Harry left him while they are resting. Hermione used all of the curses she when Ron came back. But she couldn't stay mad for him for so long.

There was a soft knock on the door.

"Come in."

The Ron Weasley appeared on the door. "Hermione, the ceremony is about to start. We should go down now."

Hermione nodded and headed to the door.

"Can you believe it? It's our last few minutes here on Hogwarts." said Ron disbelieving it.

Hermione didn't answer she just nodded.

Ron looks at his friend. "Don't worry. It will all be okay."

Hermione stop walking. Ron looks back at her.

"What's wrong Hermione?"

Hermione hugged Ron fiercely. Ron hugged her back.

"What's wrong?"

"It's just that I want to say thank you for being there for me in seven years. Thank you for being such a good best friend. Thank you for saving me in the troll in our first year. If it wasn't for that we wouldn't be best friends."

Ron smiled. "Is that all? Come on, we a graduation to attend to! Do the drama later."

He grabs Hermione's hand and headed to the Quidditch pitch where the graduation is held. The crowd is composed family of the graduates, the students, and the staff and teachers.

"I'm just going to my parent for a while." said Ron.

Hermione smiled and nodded. She scan the whole area, her parents is busying chatting with Mr. Weasley. At the first row she saw Draco Malfoy. She walked up to him and sits beside him.

"So is our Salutatorian ready for his speech and dance number?" she teased him.

Draco smiled, "Well if our Valedictorian ready for her speech and song number. Our Salutatorian will be ready also."

Hermione chuckled. Draco was on the light side after all. He killed his own father while trying to escape. He's a big help to her when Harry and Ron was not there.

Hermione signed "I can't believe it! It's only our few moments here on home."

Draco nodded. "Yeah. I'm going to miss this place. A lot!"

The ceremony started.
