Harry waited patiently by his window. He had his trunk packed with his robes and books, everything he needed for his 6th year at Hogwarts. A glance at his watch showed him they were due any second, and Harry could hardly wait to be out of Privet Drive and back to the ancient and most noble house of Black, even if its prior occupant wouldn't be there. Harry felt an ache at the bottom of his stomach, and he wished he hadn't thought of Sirius again. His fall had been haunting Harry's dreams since being back at the Dursley's. He hoped once he was back in the wizarding world he would have other things to occupy his mind and he would not dwell on the passing of his godfather as much, but Harry doubted whether the void left would ever be filled.

7.29PM.'Any second now' Harry thought to himself. And sure enough, within moments, there was a knock at his door and in came Dumbledore, followed by Lupin, Moody and Tonks.

"Harry. I hope we have not kept you waiting?" said Dumbledore. A quick glance at his watch showed Harry he was not waiting for more than 10 seconds past the time they were due before they arrived. He smiled at Dumbledore weakly.

"It's… It's good to see you all. Professors, Tonks." He nodded at them all as he said their names, and they smiled in return.

"Well, Harry, grab onto this and you'll be there in a jiffy!" Tonks grinned and held out a rolling-pin. Harry almost fell over himself as he rushed to grab a hold of the Portkey that would get him out of there. He felt the familiar and strange sensation behind his belly-button as the floor disappeared from beneath his feet. He spun around and around, hanging onto that rolling-pin for dear life and before he knew it he felt solid ground beneath him again, and he was standing in the dark and dusty sitting room of number 12 Grimauld Place.

He was almost knocked off his feet instantly, as Hermione threw herself at him.

"Oh Harry! It's good to see you!" As she finally released him, she took a step back and stood smiling. Harry couldn't help but grin.
"Well, It's good to see you too" Harry replied. After Hermione finally stopped staring at him, he saw Ron and Ginny standing in the corner, Dumbledore and the others must have apparated to another location.

"Alright, Harry?" Said Ron, with a there-goes-Hermione sort of smirk.

"Alright."

After their greetings and welcomes, they wandered up to the bedroom where Mrs. Weasley had left them soup and crackers, with an apology to Harry saying she couldn't be there to greet him because of Order business.
"So… What have you guys been up to so far this summer?" Said Harry, trying to kick off a conversation. Hermione turned quite pink, to Harry's surprise, and Ron suddenly became very interested in his fingernail. After a long pause one of them managed to give an answer.

"Oh… You know… Um… The usual" Said Hermione, and quickly added, eager to change the subject "Err, what have you been up to Harry?"
Harry raised his eye-brow at the pair. He had a feeling they weren't being totally honest with him.
