Kagome POV
After all me and Inuyasha have been through, he still chooses Kikyo. I just can't sleep tonight! Hey, Miroku looks kind of cute in this light. Hey, what am I thinking! He's a pervert!
Miroku POV
Kagome's been pretty depressed after what happened with Kikyo… Maybe I should comfort her, nothing perverted of course, just a small talk between friends.
End of POV
"Lady Kagome" Miroku called. Kagome slowly got up and walked over to Miroku. "Will you sleep with me tonight?" Miroku asked. Kagome slapped him. "PERVERT!!!" she yelled. "No I mean beside me." Miroku explained. "Oh… Sure Miroku. Just don't try anything perverted." Kagome warned. After awhile Miroku spoke up, "Inuyasha's gone to Kikyo again. I can't find them anywhere." Miroku pointed out. Kagome hugged Miroku and began to cry, "I am nothing but a Jewel Detector to Inuyasha." Miroku gave her a sympathetic look. "It's okay Kagome, Inuyasha doesn't deserve you." Kagome stopped crying and whispered, "Thank you Miroku, I really need to hear that." Then with that, she fell asleep.
The next day
"Good morning Inuyasha." Kagome said smiling at Inuyasha. "Kagome!" Inuyasha called. "Yeah what is it?" Kagome asked. Inuyasha's eyes narrowed. "Why the hell do you smell like Miroku?"
