It was the time of the sorting as Evan walked up after hearing his name called; he sat down and stared at his older sister. And his new best friend. He hoped to get into Gryffindor like his sister. He was afraid, afraid of being put into hufflepuff. Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with hufflepuffs it's just he'd become an outcast.
Evans POV
I sat down whispering please don't put me into Hufflepuff. The hat replied to me as my sister said it might. Of course you won't be there. Hmm. Of all the places you belong in Slytherin or Gryffindor. What are your friend's names, may I ask?
I thought in my head James Zabini, Katie Malfoy, and Hanna Potter. Hmmm. That will be a group of Slytherins and a Gryffindor probably pick which house he replied in my head. Gryffindor I replied Gryffindor it is. That time Gryffindor was said aloud. Everyone but the Slytherins clapped, my sister the loudest. I watch the sorting James, Katie, and Hanna were all sorted into Gryffindor that cause a huge riot.

Two weeks passed the group of four soon not only became famous and nearly ever left each others sides. It was obvious Evan had a crush on Katie and Katie had a crush on Evan. The other obvious crush was James and Hanna's crushes on each other. Not only was Katie disowned when they found out she was in Gryffindor as was her older brother Draco for dating Ginny Weasley. Harry and Ron were in havoc but they soon knew that she was a grown up girl and could take of herself. At the same time Blaise was dating Evans older sister.
I t was a quite day in potions. The new professor had yet to arrive. The first years talked among themselves as some finished there potions homework. In the back of the class the group of four talked quietly among themselves. All the sudden Kevin Nott walked over and started to taunt the group with his sidekicks Kyle Parkerson and Cory Crabbe. Following them was Glynn Ann Goyle went up and started to laugh at everything Kevin said.
"Look at the stupid little mudbloods clinging onto the other little mudbloods," Kevin said. They all laughed at the group though Kevin's facts were not straight. All the sudden in came Professor Weasley and Evan's older sister. Everyone wondered what was happening when in walked Draco Malfoy, Blaise Zabini, and Harry Potter. Now this was weirder than before all practically sworn enemies together in a room with their siblings.
