This is a story about one of my favorite pairings in Warcraft, with more adult content toward the third chapter; I'd always felt that there wasn't enough about their bromance in the lore considering they were best friends and grew up together— so, I wanted to write a little about that.

A tortured Northrend Veteran by the name of Ronald Clive becomes one of Alliance's investigators. For his entire career he obsessed over a series of brutal, seemingly unconnected assassinations. The Stonestriders are gathered in Sun Rock to celebrate the season with one another before they have to return to reality. Two taurenesses and one child spend the morning exchanging gifts with one another, offering comfort and joy to the end of a long and difficult year for them all. I was once a night elf, but that was a long time ago. Now I am a creature known as a satyr. Unlike most satyr, I am not under demonic influence and I hope to one day return to the way that I used to be. The voices in my head tell me that I have a lot to accomplish before that happens. Few creatures are as adored by their companions as Nisi is with Kennocha and the rest of her tribe. So when the fawn runs away in the middle of the night, the tribe begins a manhunt for the critter. As they search for the fawn, they begin to unravel a larger underlying mystery to the fawn's disappearance, to which the root of it all is more sinister than they could ever imagine.

A tale of nobles, fine balls, young love and romance. With a world constantly in conflict, Lord Sunwhisper is sent to the Broken Shore to aid in what would become the biggest military disaster in recent history. How shall Lady Sunwhisper cope with the temporary absence of her husband?
