The wind threw some dirt to the air, and it was in there that two scarves flapped. The man with the pale colored hair of no particular color sat idly by moving a stone back and forth on the rock palisade he sat upon. There was a whole world before him here. A vast expanse of land.

A brunette sat to his side and his neutral face shifted. "Wow...so beautiful. Don't you think?"

"Whatever."

"Well, I agree with you. It is beautiful."

He looked at her oddly. How could such an answer be found from his neutral response? "What?"

"Do you think when there was more vegetation and water this would look differently?"

"Wait, I'm still on the last question."

"Yeah, I do too."

"What are you doing?" He asked out of frustration.

"I'm talking to you, silly."

His face contorted with annoyance. "Why do you keep changing my responses?"

"Why won't you admit to me that you like this?"

"Because I don't."

"Then why come to sit here?"

"Because it brought you here."

"What?" Her head snapped to look at him.

"Whatever." He looked away.

"W-what did you say?"

"Oh, you're a big chatterbox? I guess you are."

"Don't put answers in my mouth to questions you never asked!"

"Do you like annoying people?"

"Jet!" Her voice boomed. "J-u-s-t talk to me!"

"Oh, of course you like to. You just said it yourself."

"What are you doing?" She asked in annoyance.

"I'm giving you what you gave me. I've ruined your day now."

"Oh?"

"Yeah...so there's only one more thing I can possibly do to annoy you like you annoyed me...and that's,"

She let out an inaudible gasp. His face moved to hers and his lips touched hers'. Pulling her head to meet her own. Taking in the smell of the woman he was kissing. As she ran out of breath and was afraid it would end, and it did.

"So...if you annoy me again...I will make sure never to do that again." Jet pushed off the ground and left the young woman behind.
