AN: Something I came up with when a couple christmas songs got stuck in my head. It's SLASH. Not big sexy slash but little. Feedback would be nice.

The song comes out the speakers of his newly turned on radio. He looks up at it suddenly realizing what time of year it is. The song ends and goes into yet another songs.
"We three Kings of Orient are;

Daniel closes his book, he's listening intently trying to figure out when the season had changed and what day it was. As he stares at the radio Jack comes in unnoticed, he freezes at the door as he sees the man engulfed in the song.
"Danny Boy."
He looks up at Jack, smiles and nods to him than turns the radio up a little more. Jack, getting the 'subtle' message, sits down on a chair next to Daniel to listen to the 'sounds of Christmas' as his mother had always called it.
"It's probably snowing out."
Jack looks over at Daniel after the song ends and smiles at his statement.
"I'm sure it is."
Jack stands up and grabs Daniel's arms, pulling him up and out the door.
"Jack I have to finish my work."
Daniel says pleadingly but not sounding that desperate.
"No... you have to see the snow."
With that Jack pulls him into the elevator and heads for the surface.
"It's cold."
Daniel's voice is a little shaky as Jack continues to pull him by the hand into the forest and onto the patch of grass that they both knew well. Jack pulls Daniel close and rubs his shoulder, warming him up.
"It is snowing Danny."
Daniel smiles, Jack looks over at the man and smiles back. Daniel wraps his arm around Jack and snuggles more closely to the man.
"Nei bracci dell'amore dell'uomo I per tutto il eternity."
Jack smiles than hugs Daniel tight.
"Translate."
Daniel smiles and nods a little.
"Loosely translated... In the arms of the man I love for eternity."
Jack leans down and kisses Daniel as Daniel kisses him back. He looks in his eyes and smiles.
"Merry Christmas Daniel."
"Merry Christmas Jack."
And there they stood, in each others arms watching the snow fall.
